NATHAN SCHALLA
CEO
Design has always felt a little like home for Nathan. As the son of Integrity Design founder Ron Schalla, he grew up watching his dad bring projects to life at the drawing board—often spending hours beside him as a kid. It didn't take long to realize that building was in his blood, although he wasn't content to stay behind the desk.
Before joining Integrity Design full-time in 2014, Nathan spent eight years working as a framer and concrete worker, developing a hands-on understanding of how buildings come together long before the finishing touches are added. His experience in both construction and design gives him a practical perspective that's invaluable throughout the design process.
As a Principal of the firm, Nathan combines technical knowledge, creativity, and real-world construction experience to help turn ideas into thoughtfully designed spaces. He's just as comfortable discussing construction details on-site as he is refining drawings in the office—proof that sometimes the kid watching over his dad's shoulder grows up to follow in his footsteps.

As a Principal of the firm, Nick brings 14 years of architectural experience, a passion for collaboration, and an appreciation for the details that turn good projects into great ones. Throughout his career as an Architectural Technician, he has contributed to many high-profile buildings in Winnipeg and projects across Canada, working alongside talented teams to bring ideas from sketches to reality.
Nick believes that the best solutions come from listening, working together, and never being afraid to ask one more question before the drawings go out. Whether he's helping clients navigate the design process or mentoring the next generation of designers, he enjoys building lasting relationships just as much as he enjoys building great projects.
Outside the office, Nick can usually be found around a board game table or spending time with his wife and their five wonderful children. Between leading a firm, raising five kids, and negotiating both construction details and house rules, he's developed a particular talent for problem-solving—and for knowing when it's someone else's turn.
